Summary: Location and neighborhood were great. Quiet, no crime most of the neighbors were permanent residents. Superficially everything was clean. As we were settling in we noticed a few things that were overlooked. I think we were the first guests of the season and no one had deep cleaned. No worries though. We cleaned most of the problem spots we found. The freezer needs to be defrosted desperately.
